1. Using Little Wins Club
The current free tour is intended for adults supporting children, with adult supervision of child-facing activities. Member accounts are not yet available. Use fictional sample details, not private family information.
2. Educational purpose
Content is general educational information, not medical, psychological or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your child's care.
3. Subscription
Plus is planned at A$7.99 per month. No membership checkout is available and this site currently takes no subscription payments. Tax treatment, automatic renewal disclosures, billing support, cancellation, refunds and end-of-period access rules must be confirmed with the owner and implemented before sales open. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these draft terms.
4. Your content
Your sample-tool customisations stay in this browser until cleared. AI requests are processed outside the browser. Read aloud uses built-in browser speech; voice availability and processing depend on your device settings. Do not submit identifying child details or sensitive health information.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or upload unlawful content.
6. AI features
Ask Little Wins and Sunny’s Rescue may generate automated answers using the resource guidance. Rescue identifies curated fallback when used. Read aloud uses your browser’s built-in speech without a separate Little Wins Club voice-service request. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; adults must review them and seek qualified support when needed.
7. Changes
These are draft launch-preparation terms, not a final reviewed contract. The owner’s legal identity, provider terms and notification process require confirmation before paid launch.
8. Deletion and support
Clear this site’s browser storage or use the Privacy & Safety Centre to reset tour data. Accounts, password recovery and subscription management are not available yet. Email hello@littlewinsclub.app for enquiries; the contact form opens an email draft and does not guarantee delivery.
