Do I need an account to try it?
No. The free tour uses a fictional sample family. Saved sample changes stay in this browser and can be cleared in the Privacy & Safety Centre. Questions sent to AI or read aloud are processed outside your browser.
How much is Little Wins Club Plus?
Plus is planned at A$7.99 per month. Membership sales are not open yet, and no payments are being taken through this site. Contact us with a Plus enquiry.
Who is it for?
Parents and carers of primary-aged children who want calmer routines, gentle guidance and better home–school communication. Many families of neurodivergent children find the visual tools helpful.
Is this medical or therapy advice?
No. Little Wins Club offers educational support only. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Guides recommend qualified support when difficulties are persistent, intense or unsafe.
What happens to my family's information?
There is no private member account or cross-device family saving yet. Tour changes and favourites are stored in this browser; do not enter real identifying child details. AI and voice services process submitted text. See the draft Privacy & Safety Centre for details and clearing instructions.
Is Ask Little Wins a real person?
No — it's an AI-guided assistant drawing on our parent guide library. It's a starting point, not a professional.
Can I manage a subscription or reset a password?
Not yet: accounts, checkout, subscription management and password recovery have not launched. We will not show a successful payment or paid membership status until it is verified.
How do I print a resource?
Open a guide or printable in the library and choose Print / save PDF. Your device’s print dialog may offer Save as PDF. Download text saves an actual text file. Tour favourites remain in the same browser.
